Der Netzwerk-Switch Linksys LGS124P verfügt über insgesamt 24 RJ-45-Anschlüsse, wovon zwölf PoE unterstützen. Damit können bis zu 24 netzwerkfähige Geräte mit einer Geschwindigkeit von 10/100/1000 Mbit/s kostengünstig vernetzt werden. Die Stromsparfunktionen "auto power-down" für ungenutzte Ports und "smart power" für kurze Kabelverbindungen helfen Energiekosten zu senken. Die LEDs geben Auskunft über die Stromversorgung des Switchs und die Verbindungsaktivität der einzelnen Ports.
